Tomorrow is December. Wow. Anyway, here are the songs you should check out this week. Spread the good word of music. There is a lot of talent out there just waiting to be recognized.

GTA – ‘Little Bit of This (feat. Vince Staples)’

Man, Vince sounds dope over electronic beats. Rides them with ease. This collab is off of GTA’s debut album, Good Times Ahead, which came out back in October. Perfect whip music.

Kanye West – ‘We Major (feat. Nas & Really Doe)’
Nas and Kanye – what could be better? Was in a Late Registration mood earlier today so I figured I had to throw a track on here. A truly unforgettable performance, one of Ye’s more iconic choruses in my opinion. Whatever became of Really Doe? He’s top-tier on this one, shame he isn’t still featured on more music. Wishing Yeezy the best right now.

Emanon – ‘The E.N.D.’
Out of all the songs on Dystopia, I’ve been coming back to this one the most. Exile murders this beat – especially impressed with those eeire vocal samples. Aloe spazzes on the production too. Eleven years later and they still got it.

Dave East – ‘The Real is Back (feat. Beanie Sigel)’
New New York meets old New York. Glad to see Beans on his 16 shit. East provides us with some solid bars on here as well. Kairi Chanel was filled with heat, still play that on the regular. Mass Appeal represent.

Hodgy – ‘Barbell’
Could this be the best single Hodgy has ever put out? Definitely a contender. The Cali MC sounds calm and confident in his delivery, dropping wisdom over a gorgeous beat. Amped for his upcoming album.

The Weeknd – ‘Reminder’
There is just something about the production on this track. Once it drops I’m immediately sucked in. The Weeknd’s voice is unlike anything else – Starboy hasn’t left my queue since last Friday. What a record.

G Herbo – ‘Crazy’
One of the top cuts from Strictly For My Fans. I’ve liked every tape Herb has dropped so far, and I’m quite excited to hear his debut studio album Humble Beast. No word on when that’s coming out, but for now I’ll stay bumping hits like this.

Cyhi the Prynce – ‘Cydell Young’
You know, it kind of irks me that Cyhi didn’t get more hype from G.O.O.D. Music. The Atlanta MC never has released a proper debut album, which is a crime. Luckily he’s dropped some quality mixtapes in his career, my personal favorite being Black Hystori Project. The tape showcases Cyhi’s dynamite pen-game, and might be his most impressive work as a whole. Just listen to this track – make sure to peep the lyrics on Rap Genius too. Rev Run knows.

AK – ‘World Peace Outro’
Simply beautiful – well done, AK. Underachievers are in the upper echelon of hip hop right now. Beast Coast in your area.
