You gotta be kidding me. Pusha T and MAVIS STAPLES!? The soul legend? Pardon my French, but what a f*ckin duo. I actually saw Mavis sing recently with my dad. Probably like two years ago. She still could bring it – but I never thought I’d see her on a Gorillaz track. Like many of the group’s songs, this one is genre-blending and simply fantastic. Cannot begin to explain how amped I am for Humanz!
